About the Role:

This permanent role, Monday to Friday, involves providing day-to-day support with sales orders and contract management. You will work closely with our sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless transitions from order processing to invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales order process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm order details, answer questions, and provide updates on order status.
  • Assist with drafting, reviewing, and filing customer contracts. Track contract milestones, renewals, and expiration dates.
  • Work with the finance and sales teams to ensure efficient processing of orders.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and filing.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role, ideally in sales or contract administration.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with order processing systems.
Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career growth.
