Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our Transport Operations team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to our logistics team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the logistics team, including data entry and document preparation
- Assisting with scheduling and allocating drivers
- Taking care of administrative tasks, including updating transport plans and handling holiday schedules
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration (essential)
- Strong administrative skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of WTD/driver hours and UK geography
