**Technical Support Administrator**
**Newark, Full Time, Permanent**
**£24,000 Per annum.**

We are seeking an **Technical Support Administrator** for our Newark based client on a full time basis (part time also considered). You will be joining a friendly, welcoming team in a varied and exciting role.

**THE ROLE**

As **Technical Support Administrator**, your duties will include:

- Data Entry and rate loading to be implemented on a range of Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
- Analysing data and providing advice for key stakeholders on how to use various systems
- Supporting the team on projects and working to deadlines
- Dealing with complaints efficiently and effectively

**THE CANDIDATE**

Experience required to be a successful **Technical Support Administrator **includes:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Accurate data analyser to maintain consistency to updating data between systems
- Experience of the customer service industry
- Ability to work to deadlines and targets
- Clear and confident telephone manner
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
