**Office Administrator / Sales Support**
Monday to Thursday - 09:00 am to 17:30 pm
Friday - 09:00 am to 16:00 pm
In-office, based in Twickenham
**Responsibilities**:
- Reporting line to Managing Director & HR Manager of MAM Legal division.
- Creating lists of data as per request for the MAM Account Management team.
- Portfolio Management: responsible for creating a Daily/Weekly report to the upper management of each business unit portfolio and status.
- Researching for specific requests from several MAM business units and creation of new business opportunities.
- Creating reports to the upper management.
- Database cleansing.
- Managing job portfolios for MAM website.
- Creating selling points files for clients.
**Requirements**:
- Ideally strong database and administration skills
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Ability to Work Without Supervision
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Exceptional Communication and Technical Skills, Including Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.
- Strong Prioritisation and Organisation Skills
- Ability to Handle Confidential Information, Strong Record-Keeping Skills, and Presentation Skills
