Office Angels are seeking a talented and experienced HR and Payroll Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR, a knack for payroll accuracy, and love being the go-to person for all HR matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare payroll for internal employees with a high level of accuracy.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all HR-related queries and issues.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR and payroll regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Business Directors to implement and improve HR processes and systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • CIPD qualified desirable or equivalent experience in HR.
  • Proven experience in HR and payroll administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Please note that due to the collaborative nature of our client's business, they prefer their team to be office-based for their working hours. They are open to flexibility for part-time or full-time options.
