**About the role**

We are looking for a Neighbourhood Housing Officer to join our busy Neighbourhood Team.
Providing a tenancy and neighbourhood management service, you will ensure an excellent standard of service delivery and customer focus to a defined patch of mixed tenure properties. These will include rented general needs, independent living, shared ownership and leasehold properties.

You will be responsible for estate management, voids, lettings, sign-ups, tenancy support and management, nuisance and anti-social behaviour cases. Along with the handling of service charge queries from customers, estate services, resident involvement, communal cleaning and monitoring grounds maintenance contracts.

To be successful you will have specialist knowledge and experience in housing and neighbourhood management, along with knowledge of housing law relating to tenancy agreements and tenancy management.

The ability to communicate with a range of customers is essential, bringing diplomacy, sensitivity and tact to handling difficult situations. You will also be able to manage conflicting priorities and a busy workload to a high standard. A full driving licence with use of a vehicle is essential.
