Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Housing Services Coordinator in Witney, Oxfordshire.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive homelessness services to customers with housing-related issues on behalf of Publica Group Limited.

This is a permanent position working 37 hours per week, with the possibility of flexible working arrangements.

The salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

As a Housing Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating individual housing plans for applicants, managing and resolving caseloads, sourcing short-term and long-term accommodation, and maintaining accurate records.

You will also represent the section at meetings and maintain knowledge of relevant legislation and good practice.

The ideal candidate will have GCSEs (5 A-Cs or equivalent), experience working with vulnerable people, effective communication skills, and a full UK driving licence.
