About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Material Logistics Coordinator to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for coordinating material movements, managing inventory levels, and ensuring seamless operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate material movements, resolving issues and improving processes through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage inventory levels, developing and implementing effective strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including EASA Part 145, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving concerns efficiently.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, informing strategic decisions.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in logistics, inventory management, or a related field, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software applications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy:
