**About the role**

We are looking to recruit a Painter and Decorator to work within our Property Services Team.
- You will have experience in all aspects of painting, decorating and wall tiling.
- You will also have experience of carrying out general repair and maintenance work on domestic properties, completing work to a high standard of craftsmanship together with a flexible approach to undertaking work of other trades.
- You will be customer focused with excellent communication skills and the ability to form good relationships with customers and colleagues. A basic level of IT skills is important as the use of “tablets” is routine. A full driving licence is essential.
- A DBS check will be required for the successful applicant as part of our pre-employment checks.
