Contract: Permanent
**Salary**: £21,000 - £25,000
Location: Abingdon
**As a Office Administrator you will be responsible for;**
- Receiving and processing SHEQ incident notifications using AmeyBriggs intranet
- Actively promoting a high team working ethic and provide support to cover colleagues & other Team tasks as and when necessary
- Assisting with the preparation of SHEQ Meetings, preparing PowerPoint presentations, agendas booking meeting rooms, taking minutes, and arranging accommodation as required
- Assisting with the administration of the company’s Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety Management Systems
- Undertaking all reasonable tasks requested by line manager
- Raising Purchase Order’s and receipting, liaising with Finance team.
- Managing document control on engage and review dates for company policies & processes
- Managing requests for document upload, formatting them to AmeyBriggs standard
- Supporting the Compiling monthly SHEQ report and distribute
- Maintaining incidents, non-conformance register and action tracker, chasing actions when overdue
- Booking waste collections for all UK sites, deal with waste enquiries
- Ensuring risk assessments are in date and communicated to all sites
- Supporting Creating and register ID Cards for new starters and managing swipe card system to provide access to the office
- Keeping SHEQ SharePoint up to date with Equipment safety and environmental information
**As a Office Administrator you will demonstrate;**
- A working knowledge of H&S, Environmental and Quality would be advantageous
- Proficient in all Microsoft packages
- Excellent organisational skills and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
**As a Office Administrator you will command;**
- A base salary up to £25,000pa
