Service and Warranty Administrator

LOCATION - ROPERS CARAVAN WORLD, CATTERICK BRIDGE
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with the service department to manage inbound Service bookings and enquiries.
- Ensure all warranty claims are processed and queries addressed timely and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of warranty claims and resolutions with different suppliers/companies.
- Communicate with customers during services and warranty procedures, keeping them informed and proactively dealing with enquires and any potential challenges faced.
- Monitor work in progress, consulting with team members and customers to ensure caravans are completed efficiently.
- Costing and Invoicing of completed workshop jobs.
- SKILLS
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- Knowledge of warranty/service policies and procedures is a plus.
- Able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
- Positive attitude.
- Friendly and approachable manner.
- Hardworking and dependable.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Committed to delivering the best possible levels of customer service.

HOURS

Monday to Friday 9am -5:30pm

Alternate Saturday mornings 9am - 12pm. Afternoon off during the week when a Saturday is worked

Pay: £19,331.26-£31,555.77 per year
