Medical Administrator

A suitably skilled administrator is required for this busy GP Practice based in Chester. The role is pivotal to the smooth running of the practice, with duties to include:
- Booking appointments using a computerised appointments system
- Signposting patients to the appropriate external services that are available
- Receiving and dealing with incoming telephone calls and making appropriate external calls
- Recording clinical information accurately
- Carrying out a range of administration duties e.g. prescription requests, processing patient registrations etc.
Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, I.T. skills, the ability to work under pressure, teamwork and taking pride in your work are **key skills** for this role. Previous medical practice or reception experience is not essential as full training will be provided.

Tuesday: 13:30 - 18:30
Wednesday: 13:30 - 18:30
Thursday: 13:00 - 18:30
Friday 13:00 - 18:30
