Permanent Position

We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic person to join our busy but friendly Medical Staffing Team. To provide efficient and comprehensive administration support.

You will be responsible for providing a varied day to day administrative service within the team. A large part of the duties involve supporting the team in the provision of accurate input, recording and processing locum shifts, sickness absence, and onboarding of doctors into the Trust. Support in wider team with Administrative duties and recruitment.

To also provide support to the Team as a whole at peak times

With an emphasis on excellent communication and team working, as the post holder you will have a key role liaising with all levels of staff, including managers, junior and consultant medical staff.

To undertake other ad hoc duties or projects as required by and agreed with the HR Medical Staffing Manager or HR Medical Staffing Specialists.

To provide efficient and comprehensive administration support to the Medical Staffing Team. To also provide support to the Medical Staffing Co-ordinators and the Team as a whole at peak times.

With an emphasis on excellent communication and team working, as the post holder you will have a key role liaising with all levels of staff, including managers and consultant medical staff.

To undertake other ad hoc duties or projects as required by and agreed with the HR Medical Staffing Manager or HR Medical Staffing Specialists.

The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust consists of a 600 bedded large District General Hospital, which provides its services on the Countess of Chester Health Park, and a 64 bedded Intermediate Care Service at Ellesmere Port Hospital.

The Trust provides services in all of the surgical and medical specialties common to a District General Hospital with some specialist services. The Trust serves the whole of the local population currently in excess of 250,000 residents which geographically covers populations in England and North Wales.
