**The opportunity**
We are seeking individuals with a proven ability in records management to join our team. As our Medical Records Administrator you will:
- Be responsible for preparing patient records
- Complete electronic and manual tracking of records
- File all relevant paperwork in patient records
- Move notes for storage as needed
- Undertake administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing/archiving
- Ensure medical records destruction policy is followed

To succeed as a Medical Records Administrator, you will need:
- To have excellent organisational skills
- To show attention to detail in all aspects of the role
- To be able to work as part of a team as well as working under your own initiative
- To be flexible in your working hours
- Experience of excel for data entry tasks
- Good numeracy and literacy
