**Job Title:** Health Records Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Health Records Administrator. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about providing excellent patient care and ensuring the accuracy of medical records.

**About Us:

  • The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust provides services to West Cheshire and Welsh patients covered by Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.
  • We work collaboratively within the wider Cheshire and Merseyside Health and Care Partnership.

**Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the health records department, ensuring accurate and timely recording of patient information.
  2. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient processing of patient data.
  3. Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

**Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 GCSEs or equivalent in English and maths.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary Range:** £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
