Lache Health Centre is a 3-partner GP practice located on the outskirts of Chester City. We pride ourselves on having an experienced team of general practice staff across all disciplines.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for general reception duties, call handling, and medical record management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team and maintain accurate records
- Ensure effective communication between patients, members of the primary health care team, secondary care, and associated healthcare agencies
- Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
- Educated to GCSE level with Maths and English requirements
- Previous experience dealing with the general public and time served as a medical receptionist is desirable
- Primary Care experience is an added advantage
Benefits:
