At Lakeside we supply and install Roller Garage Doors and Flood Defence Systems throughout the UK, due to continued expansion we are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to work at our Head Office in Fforestfach.

**Daily tasks will include**:

- Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Processing sales invoices, reconciling payments and credit control
- Data entry of supplier invoices and credit notes
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, stationary and kitchen supplies
- General admin support to all departments

**We are looking for someone that has the following**:

- Excellent communication skills, you will be the front line in taking phone calls and receiving visitors
- You must be fully competent in all MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounts software would be an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills and an ability to manage own workload
- Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision
- Must be a team player
- Willingness to learn and multitask is essential

Driving Licence and own transport are preferable.
