**Job Title** - Home Ownership Assistant
**Contract** - 10 Month FTC
**Salary** - 25,700
**Location** - Sevenoaks, Kent
**Responsibilities for the Home Ownership Assistant**
- Providing efficient administrative support to the home ownership team to enable them to market and sell new and existing shared ownership and leasehold homes
- The first point of contact for new enquires received via our sale inbox or direct phone line and assigning responsibility if necessary
- Uploading homes to our various marketing platforms ensuring the content is up to date and we comply with The Property Misdescriptions Act 1991.
- Competent user of all Microsoft products. Willing to learn in-house ICT systems
- A flexible and adaptable approach with an optimistic and friendly attitude
- Competent at managing own learning and self-development
- Understanding of Leasehold/ Home ownership processes
