**Salary**: 21,730 - 23,177 per annum

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Administrator to work as part of our administration team that provides a comprehensive administrative support service for Therapy outpatient services. This is a very busy and demanding role and duties will include waiting list management, new appointments processes, providing cover for our frontline clinic reception and assessment clinics and supporting digital dictation.

Applicants should be computer literate and have experience of using Oceano or other patient administration systems, together with a good level of education e.g., NVQ 3 in admin or working towards NVQ 3, or equivalent. Together with good communication skills, and the ability to work in a very busy and often pressurized environment, dealing with patient queries, telephone enquiries, and with other NHS professionals and agencies, in ensuring the patient's overall experience is of the best in care. **Main duties, tasks & skills required**:
To work as part of a team providing comprehensive Administration / Co-ordination support to clinical services, ensuring this is patient focused and patients receive a compassionate and professional service.

The post holder will work under indirect supervision and will directly contribute to and Co-ordinate the efficient running of the service, ensuring that a seamless approach to patient care is delivered.

Use systems such as Oceano, clinical portal, ERHA, Optims, Dragon Medical and ERS in accordance with trust policy.
