**Main Duties**
To undergo administrative work and provide secretarial support to various teams, wards or departments within the hospital. This will include being the first point of contact for team/ department, which could involve duties such as:

- **Where required coordinate duties in clinics/ departments/ satelite areas and ensure staff rotas are appropriately covered**:

- ** To schedule patients into clinics using the criteria set out by the Trust and the clinical speciality, identifying capacity shortfalls**:

- ** Use Trust systems to input electronic data as required**:

- ** Analyse and extract complex data sets from a number of different sources**:
