We are looking for **Administrator** who will work for our NHS client in **Birmingham**
- **Job Brief;**_

To provide a comprehensive & full ranging administration/Co-ordination service and working in conjunction with colleagues, service users and stakeholders to provide an efficient service.
- **Responsibilities;**_
- To provide a complete confidential administrative/Co-ordination service & to ensure organisation of meetings, preparation of agendas and taking of minutes.
- To organise case conferences, seminars, training events and travel arrangements and assume responsibility for the daily management of the diaries.
- All work to be carried out on own initiative, without direct supervision and to tight deadlines, in order to achieve Trust standard and targets.
- To provide day to day supervision to Secretaries/Administrators and plan staff rota and cover as required.
- To provide and receive complex information on a daily basis and to exercise initiative and judgement based on acquired knowledge and experience when dealing with enquiries of a clinical and non-clinical nature.
- To undertake validation of data and provide assurance and to draft correspondence as appropriate in a sympathetic but easily understandable manner.
- To provide a point of contact for stakeholders and service users, who may be highly emotional and highly distressed ensuring that any language or other communication barriers are overcome.
- **Requirements and skills;**_
- To have good general education (eg. GCSE English & Maths A-C or Business Administration NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience in an Administrative environment.
- To have good communication/customer care skills both written and verbal demonstrating sympathy and compassion
- To have experience of dealing with the Public/Customer service experience & having experience of working in a Secretarial/Administrative role with a proven track record of problem solving.
- To have previous experience of transcribing formal minutes & experience of working with a range of Microsoft Office packages (eg. Word, Excel and Outlook) and experience of using Trust IT systems
- To have experience of working in a busy environment & Experience of working in Healthcare and having Good Organisational skills
- To be able to use own initiative and deal with the unpredictable & to be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and multi task

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
