My client is a small **Financial Services **provider based in **Birmingham City Centre**. Due to continued success and growth they are currently recruiting for a **Senior Office Adminstrator** to support both the Operations Director and Compliance Director.

Reporting the senior management this is a varied role with exposure to Compliance, Audit, HR and IT. Your responsibilities will include;
Compliance:

- Check Insurer financial ratings
- Review TOBAs
- Carry out sanctions checks
- Keep regulatory structure charts up-to-date
- Co-ordinate annual fit and proper assessments

Audit:

- Assisting the Audit Director with supporting administration in relation to internal auditing

HR:

- Co-ordinate the onboarding of new staff
- Keep HR files up-to-date
- Assist with the co-ordination of annual appraisals

IT:

- Arrange IT equipment/system access for new starters
- Review BCP information on a quarterly basis
- Monitor supplier contracts
- General office admin

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to consolidate and build on previous experience within the **Financial Services** sector. You will work with senior level staff and get broad exposure to all parts of the business. Experience within **Financial Services** is essential. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential. Previous experience within **Compliance or Audit** is desirable. My client offers a competitive salary and benefits package and hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home).

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
