We have an exciting opportunity for a **Senior Administrator** to join our busy Birmingham** **Service. Our **Administrators** here at **Change Grow Live** play an integral part in supporting the team in our mission, proving administrative and clerical support to our teams enabling them to focus on delivering our services, ensuring our service users receive the help and support they need to achieve their goals. Acting as Senior Administrator you will oversee our Admin team, providing support and supervision to admin staff as well as supporting with daily admin tasks.

**Where**: Birmingham office.

**Hours**: 37.5 12 month secondment

**Salary**: £27,449,52 to £29,093,40

**Responsibilities**:
**About the role**
- To line manage the administration team based at CGL Birmingham North Hub
- Responsible for minute taking of senior management meeting minutes when required in the absence of other Senior Administrators
- Coordinate Complaints and Compliments tracking for the Birmingham service
- Support minute taking for hearings when required
- Provide Clinical admin support and prescription generation when required
- To carry out weekly, monthly and six-monthly health and safety checks for the building
- Provide additional administration support to ensure the smooth running of operations across the service when needed i.e. attend relevant meetings, audit case files.
- Work with local team leaders and senior management when required to implement and develop project wide systems.

**About You**
- Knowledge and understanding of office procedures
- Experience in supporting and supervising staff
- Knowledge of CGL systems
- Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team
- The ability to respond to appropriate requests for assistance, maintaining confidentiality whenever necessary
- Confident and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing and solid numeric skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Able to take responsibility for your own personal development, identifying personal training needs and participating in regular supervision and appraisal
- Be flexible to work across operational sites as required
- Experience of health and safety procedures and checks
- Be able to communicate effectively with senior managers
