**Job Description - Office administrator**
Ø Salary: £10.50
Ø Reporting directly to Support services Manager
Ø Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5:30 pm (1 Hour lunch break).
**Qualifications/ Experience**:

Time management
Minimum 2 years admin / office experience.
The post-holder is required to have excellent secretarial and administrative skills to provide a professional, comprehensive, and confidential support service to senior management.
Strong organisational and communications skills are critical, as the post-holder will liaising between senior managers and other members of staff at all levels.
Proficient and confident when dealing with professionals.
**DUTIES**
Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative assistance to a high standard of accuracy and timeliness in order to maximize effectiveness, productivity and outputs.
To provide the Project Managers and staff with administrative support and reception service
To support tenants in dealing with queries and administrative tasks in relation to support needs.
To provide the support services Manager with administrative support in dealing with queries and administrative tasks in relation to support needs.
Work with the designated personnel to understand key aims and objectives of the business in order to provide full support and, where appropriate, assume personal responsibility for tasks that do not require senior management input.
Ensure support manager is fully briefed for meetings, anticipating requirements and pro-actively organizing relevant paperwork, and when necessary, attend and minute meetings.
Complete projects to tight deadlines.
Forward planning workload
Undertake specific project management where appropriate.
To execute any other duties appropriate to the grade as directed by support manager.
To always work within Aspect's policies and procedures and undertake any other tasks consistent with the objectives of this post, and commensurate with the grade.
