- Managing and sorting pictures
- Requesting any missing pictures from the installers
- Communicating with installers and office staff regularly to ensure smooth work relations
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Providing general administrative support to staff members as needed

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail

- Basic clerical skills, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Data entry experience with the ability to accurately input information into computerized systems
