We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our client’s team as an Office Administrator for one of our clients who are based in Perry Barr.

Position Overview for the Office Administrator:
As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing general administrative support to the company, including office staff and engineers.

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, ranging from answering incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy to ensuring stock accuracy and documentation. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn about their Industry and become familiar with administrative and accounting software and systems.

Key Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:

- Answer incoming telephone calls using respectful and professional language.
- Ensure incoming and outgoing stock is correct and documented appropriately.
- Demonstrate an interest and willingness to learn about their industry.
- Familiarise yourself with administrative and accounting software and systems.
- Organise files, both manual and electronic.
- Organise and maintain the stores and stock area.
- Maintain a clean and tidy office environment.
- Ensure stationary stock is updated when necessary.
- Welcome visitors to the office and arrange refreshments for visitors/staff.
- Manage post and take/check deliveries, ensuring proper documentation is recorded and handled correctly.
