Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette
- Type and distribute correspondence
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment
- Computerize and maintain filing systems
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide clerical support to various departments
- Utilize administrative skills to assist in daily office tasks

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic office setting where your administrative skills will be valued and utilized effectively.

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
