**Office Administrator**

**About the job**:
Eleven Luxury Estates is a small dental office in Birmingham looking for an Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks. These include answering phones, scheduling appointments, taking payments, and preparing and mailing correspondence. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and has the ability to multi-task.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn new software programs as needed
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with a high degree of attention to detail
- Must be able to work with mínimal supervision and adapt quickly to changes in the organization and new procedures.
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer phones and schedule patients appointments on a calendar, enter patient information into computer system, collect payments from patients, prepare and mail correspondence.

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
