Office Administrator

Total Staff Services are currently recruiting a Part-Time Administrator for one of our clients based in Bromborough. We are looking for someone who has proven experience within Administrative roles who is looking to take on their next challenge
**Hourly Rate**: £10.42ph, negotiable DOE.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Filing and photocopying.
- Answering incoming telephone calls.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Managing schedules and calendars for meetings and appointments.
- Communicating between clients and customers.
- Managing expenses e.g. accommodation, tunnel or toll fares etc.
- Responding to business enquiries.
- Any other duties required.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years within administrative positions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Motivated and can-do attitude.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
