Office Administrator

Total Staff Services are currently recruiting an Administrative Team Leader for one of our clients based in Bromborough. This role is office based where you will be working as part of a small team. Your position will cover all aspects of administration.
Working hours for this role will be Monday to Friday 0800-1630 with an early finish on Friday at 2pm
This is a temp to perm role with an hourly rate of £13.00ph.
**Duties will Include**:
- Covering Reception when required.
- Creating dispatch notes.
- Filing, scanning and photocopying.
- Paperwork.
- General administration duties.
- Possible quotes working with your manager.
**Essential Requirements**:
- General administration experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Leadership skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
**Salary**: £25,688.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
