Helpdesk Administrator

We are looking to recruit a Helpdesk Administrator to be the first point of contact for all enquiries and to carry out general administration tasks to support our growing Operations team.
You will be responsible for all aspects of service administration including:
- To be the first line response to all key customers, with calls being answered within 3 rings.
- To deal with all customer enquiries promptly and efficiently according to specific SLA's.
- To ensure a valid purchase order is received for any call out requests.
- To assist customers with general or job specific enquiries / updates.
- Maintain and own both customer and internal portals and trackers.
- Updates/reports both internal & external.
- Send engineer paperwork within 24 hours to the client and prepare jobs for invoicing.
- Support ADC planning team with general administration duties.
Experience and skills required:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills with the ability to problem solve.
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
This list is not exhaustive and you will be expected to undertake additional duties appropriate to your role as outlined by your line manager.
This role is office based, Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm with a 45 minute break (alternate rota cover is required on Fridays to cover the service desk until 4.30pm, on your non cover week you will be able to finish at 2.00pm).
