Full-time Planned Maintenance Administrator required for an established automatic door company based in Bromborough, Wirral. An excellent opportunity to join a busy office in our growing Service Department.

**Duties will include**:

- To proactively schedule and manage all reactive, PPM and statutory testing works within contractual SLAs/KPIs
- Ensure clients are kept informed in advance of planned preventative maintenance or reactive visits as per contract agreements, including delays, mitigating risk against performance penalties for failures.
- Undertake general administration and telephone duties.
- Support manager with updates as and when required.
- Sound understanding of commercial aspects of contracts in order to drive efficiencies and increase profit.
- General adhoc duties

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in high pressure office environment is essential
- Experience of scheduling planned maintenance
- Confident individual who is comfortable making decisions
- Excellent geographical knowledge
- Excellent telephone manner, and previous experience speaking to customers over the phone
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word required
- Previous experience liaising with clients
