**RESULTS**:

- To provide excellent & accurate administration support to the Wirral HR Team
- Maintenance of absence master sheet - maintenance of absence master sheet, Informal Warnings, Arranging absence meetings, flagging warning status to HR team. Support low level absence & conduct meetings
- Advertise vacancies Internally & Externally
- Minute taking - taking and typing minutes during Investigation, disciplinary, grievance meetings and any other meetings as requested
- Administer long service awards - diarise awards, create letters
- Accuracy of HRSS Documents - to ensure correct data held in SF, starters, leavers, salary reviews, changes of details
- Maintenance of personnel files - ensuring all employee files and departmental records are kept up to date
- General admin support for HR team - completing employee references, daily post, stationary ordering & SAP requisitions,
- Supporting Recruitment
- HR Inductions for new starters into the business & conducting exit Interviews for leavers

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**:

- Excellent administration & prioritisation skills
- Hardworking, committed attitude
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
- Confident
- Flexibility
- Confidentiality is vital
- Previous experience of working within an HR function is desirable

Pay: Up to £31,650.00 per year
