Office Administrator

**Shifts**: Monday to Friday, start and finish time to be confirmed.
**Hourly Rate**: £10.42ph.
**General Duties**:
- To be the first point of contact for new and existing customers.
- Replenishing office supplies and ordering materials e.g. Uniform.
- Managing schedules and calendars for meetings and appointments.
- General communication in the office.
- Managing expenses e.g. accommodation, tunnel or toll fares etc.
- Responding to incoming business enquiries.
- Any other duties required.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years within administrative positions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Motivated and can-do attitude.
This role will be weekly pay each Friday; your performance will be reviewed following completion of around 12 weeks. Immediate starts available following interview.
