**The Department**

The Regional (UKIME) Resourcing function consists of Early Careers, Experienced Hires and Partner Hiring teams that support Dentons strategic direction and growth through the attraction and hiring of quality talent. You will join a team shaping the future success and culture of the firm as we hire the next generation of lawyers across the region. The Partner Hiring team focus on identifying and recruiting our future leaders and aligns its priorities with the firm's five year strategy.

**The Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Support the Partner Recruitment team with administrative tasks, including interview scheduling, room bookings, paperwork and offer drafting, reporting, as well as onboarding and induction.
- Accurately maintain workflows on Teams, document management systems, internal trackers, and information banks to support the hiring and reporting process.
- Work with the team to ensure stakeholders understand the recruitment process, including timelines, documentation requirements, and approval and governance processes, while continuously refining and improving the partner recruitment process to ensure it is streamlined and responsive.
- Uphold the firm's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Liaise with Finance, Compliance, IT, HR, Clients & Markets and Exec Office to support the Partner hiring process.
- Respond to search firm inquiries and assist with handling agency terms.
- Ensure all hiring practices meet the firms Responsible Business standards, SRA compliance and are aligned with firm risk management policies and procedures.
- Assist with special projects related to partner recruiting as needed.

**Experience, Skills & Knowledge**

Essential
- A confident yet discreet approach
- Experience in and understanding of the structure of professional services environment
- Proven client support/recruitment coordination/administrative background.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Proficient IT skills including Outlook, Excel, and MS Teams
- Advanced written and communication skills
- Experience of liaising with people at all levels, including Senior Leadership within the business.
- Experience of diary management
- Effective time management skills and ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to organise priorities, work at pace, and meet deadlines in a time-sensitive situation.
- Enthusiastic, innovative, and responsive.
- A positive attitude and sense of humour

Desirable
- Experience/understand of senior level professional services recruitment or a background in the legal industry.
- An understanding of navigating a Partnership environment.
