**Job description - Recruitment Coordinator**
Operating as a business partner to hiring managers and the Exec team, you will be supporting them in crafting talent and growth strategies that enable them to build strong teams comprising of internal and external talent.

- Manage the applicant tracking system
- Supporting internal teams to ensure that the recruitment process runs like clockwork
**Job requirements - Recruitment Coordinator**
- Previous experience of working in a role that required coordinating multiple areas of importance
- Previous experience of working with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse would be a plus
- A results focused thinker who cares about what a business really needs
- Someone who is able to work on tasks independently and uses their initiative to solve problems
- Someone who can work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- An interest in technology and/or financial markets would be advantageous, but not necessary
