We are seeking a dedicated and organised Recruitment Coordinator for a 1**2-month fixed term contract**. This role is **term time only** and will play a crucial part in supporting our HR operations. The take home salary offered is £25,000 - £27,500 per annum this is already the pro-rata amount.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Safer Recruitment processes in accordance with relevant laws and guidelines.
- Draft and place job advertisements across various platforms.
- Coordinate interviews and assist in the selection process.
- Handle onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring compliance with employment terms and conditions.
- Maintain HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support with compliance checks and documentation.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- Assist in other administrative duties as directed by the HR Business Partner.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in HR administration or a related field.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and employment laws.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Proficiency in relevant HR software/tools.

**Working Hours: Term time only**
