**Recruitment Coordinator**
**£29,000 pa plus potential bonus to 10%**

Campbell Tickell is a management and recruitment consultancy operating across the country, with a focus on housing, social care, sports and leisure, and charities. Our busy recruitment team is expanding, and we are seeking a new Recruitment Coordinator to join us at this exciting time of growth.

Our strong reputation for recruitment in the sectors in which we work is partly due to our excellent project support, which is the responsibility of the Recruitment Coordinator. As we only do senior and executive level recruitment, each project is a big deal for us, and we like to get it right: we are all about quality over quantity. In this role, you will have primary responsibility for providing all logístical and administrative support required for the smooth delivery of our recruitment projects. Working with our Associate Recruiters, you will work support a wide variety of tasks, managing projects throughout their full lifecycle.

**What will you be doing?**
- Delivering all administrative and other support for recruitment projects
- Updating and maintaining information on our executive search software (Jobadder)
- Building recruitment packs to publicise roles to clients
- Liaising with external advertisers and designers

**What knowledge & experience are we looking for?**
- Degree level education or equivalent
- Previous professional/ office experience
- Experience of operating administrative and data systems
- Experience of working in the recruitment or customer services fields (ideal, but not essential)
- Knowledge of the social housing, care, charitable, or public sectors (ideal, but not essential)
- Knowledge of Adobe In-Design, or recruitment marketing in general (ideal, but not essential)

**What skills will you need to succeed?**
- Excellent organisational skills
- Detail-oriented, and able to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Good written English, with the ability to express yourself clearly and succinctly
- Able to work under pressure and prioritise high volumes of work
- Able to work as part of a team
