Child Contact Centre Supervisor

We are looking for contact supervisors to supervise contact between children/adults and their parents and/or relatives and complete observation reports to enable an evidence based assessment in a contact centre.
Contact Supervisors need to be confident in their ability to work alone and with mínimal supervision, to communicate and engage with parties and diffuse any difficult situations as they arise. Contact Supervisors will be expected to work flexibly and to undertake work outside of normal office hours i.e evenings and weekends. This is a sessional contract and you will be working under a rota system throughout the week (including weekends).
An Enhanced DBS check and 2 references is required. Must have at least one year experience of working with Children & Families.
Pay rate: £10.50-13 p/h, dependent upon experience.
