Human Resources Business Partner, HRBP

With over 1800 UK employees our Central Services functions are key to ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Based in Bretby, working across the specialisms in HR, Marketing, Finance and IT we pride ourselves of partnering and support our operational divisions to deliver a world class service to our customers

Reporting directly to the UK HR Director, this role will be key to supporting growth in an expanding business area.

Partnering the senior business stakeholders and working in collaboration with the wider HR team you will create the SOCOTEC UK HR agenda for your business area and support the growth of the Learning and Development & Early Careers talent programme across the business.

**Your challenges will include**:

- Driving change and growth through an ambitious people plan & acquisition integration
- Supporting the recruitment requirement of your business area during unprecedented times for SOCOTEC UK, ensuring role attraction and employee retention is robust and effective
- Creation of an engagement and wellbeing plans for your business and optimising the current tools and frameworks available
- Driving an integrated approach between HR, Health, Safety & Environment which encourages positive communication and aligned plans & activities

**About you**:
We’re looking for an experienced HR professional. Passionate about people, dynamic and motivated, with ability to deliver results in a commercially ambitious business.

Influential & confident, organised & flexible, you must have a ‘problem solving’ can-do attitude.

You must also ideally have:

- Good analytical skills and be systems savvy
- Proven experience at a Business Partner level
- Ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the business
- Knowledge and understanding of Early Careers & Graduate programmes

Based in Bretby (Burton on Trent), but flexible to travel within the UK & work from home or remotely where necessary, is a given for this role.
