It’s a great opportunity to develop and progress within a forward-thinking and fast-paced environment. Day-to-day, you’ll:
- Providing administration for customers including; preparing for site visits, template letters, diary management for Consultants, client touch points, minute taking, proof reading, preparing contracts of employment, filing, scanning and research
- Update policies, procedures and documentation on behalf of customers
- Support with managing the employee lifecycle for customers
- Ensure customer records are kept up to date
- Assist with administration duties relating to employee relations and wellbeing. Such as disciplinary, grievance and absence management
- Work closely with and support the HR Consultants with the day to day management of clients, such as conducting HR audits, providing template letters and holiday calculations
- Organise meetings and other events as required
- Have the opportunity to support the HR Consultants on projects as and when required
**Let’s talk about you and your skills**
- Previous experience working within a HR function and dealing with a wide range of employee issues
- Ideally CIPD level 3 qualified or studying towards (although not essential)
- Desire to succeed in a Shared Service/Consulting environment with opportunities for career progression
- Experience of HiBob or another HRIS
- Preferable experience of using SharePoint and confident with Microsoft packages
- Knowledge of the latest UK employment law and HR best practice
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail required
- Excellent organisation skills
- Forward thinking, proactive and creative
- Strong customer focused attitude
- Ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously in a highly dynamic environment
