We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Administrator to join our dedicated team in Newcastle under Lyme. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR Team with all employment-related matters, ensuring the Charity and its people operate within the confines of relevant legislation, and providing an effective and efficient HR Service across all Charity Departments.
Key Responsibilities- Support the HR Team with employment-related matters, including recruitment, fleet management, payroll, pension, and benefits.
- Process new starters and leavers, create new starter packs, and conduct pre-employment checks.
- Assist with disciplinary and grievance processes, maintain accurate sickness and absence records, and assist with payroll preparation and benefits management.
- Chase, obtain, and log all HR documentation, arrange and facilitate induction for new employees, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Assist with recruitment across all departments, placing adverts, tracking applicants, and arranging interviews.
The Charity offers a range of benefits, including a salary of up to £26,000 per annum, 27 days annual leave per annum, Charity worker discounts, and a Recommend a Friend scheme.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have a positive 'can-do' attitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to plan and prioritize workloads. You will also have GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent) and excellent IT skills.
