About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Administrator to join our dedicated team in Newcastle under Lyme. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR Team with all employment-related matters, ensuring the Charity and its people operate within the confines of relevant legislation, and providing an effective and efficient HR Service across all Charity Departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the HR Team with employment-related matters, including recruitment, fleet management, payroll, pension, and benefits.
  • Process new starters and leavers, creating new starter packs, conducting pre-employment checks, and maintaining accurate sickness and absence records.
  • Assist with disciplinary and grievance processes, and chase, obtain, and log all HR documentation.
  • Arrange and facilitate induction for all new employees, ensuring a smooth on-boarding process.
  • Assist with recruitment across all departments, placing adverts, tracking applicants, and arranging interviews.

Requirements
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent).
  • Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize workloads.
  • A positive 'can-do' attitude with a flexible approach to work.
