HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Administrator to join our dedicated team in Newcastle under Lyme. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR Team with all employment-related matters, ensuring the Charity and its people operate within relevant legislation, and providing an effective and efficient HR Service across all Charity Departments.
Key Responsibilities- Support the HR Team with employment-related matters, including recruitment, fleet management, payroll, pension, and benefits.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of new starters and leavers, including offer letters, contracts of employment, and induction paperwork.
- Conduct pre-employment checks, including references, DBS, and right to work.
- Assist with disciplinary and grievance processes, maintaining accurate sickness and absence records.
- Prepare and manage payroll, benefits, and other HR-related tasks.
- Chase, obtain, and log all HR documentation, including training certificates and self-certifications.
- Arrange and facilitate inductions for new employees, ensuring a smooth on-boarding process.
- Support recruitment across all departments, placing adverts, tracking applicants, and arranging interviews.

What We Offer- A salary of up to £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
