Pertemps are currently working with a client who provides electrical services throughout Domestic,commerical and industrial sectors who are looking to recruit a Receptionist/Admin.
Job Title: Receptionist/Admin
Location: Cardiff

**Salary**: £11.44p/h

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00
**Job Description**:

- General reception duties, answering the phone, taking messages- Updating and maintaining back-office systems- General administrative duties- Making travel arrangements for staff and visitors- Management of staff uniform and PPE- Dealing with general queries- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post- Use of Company Car as and when needed- Opportunities for progression**Requirements**:

- Previous experience is desirable- Excellent Customer Service skills.- Good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A clean driving licence and own transport is required due to the location.
