**PART TIME RECEPTIONIST / ADMIN ASSISTANT**
- Niche Solicitors’ Firm based in Cardiff seeks_ a Part-Time Receptionist / Admin Assistant (16 -18hrs - Wednesday - Friday) for their centrally based offices in Cardiff on a permanent basis. Within this role you will work as part of a team to provide the highest level of customer service and support to the Team and Fee Earners

**Responsibilities will include**
- Answering calls and dealing with queries and appointment bookings / payments
- Filing, photocopy, scanning and printing
- Filing and e-filing documents
- Booking interpreters
- Collecting and delivering a variety of photocopying, scanning and printing jobs from around the office
- Opening, sorting, and delivering incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail, arranging couriers and carrying out hand deliveries to local offices/solicitors
- Extensive computer and data related tasks, diary management and appointment booking
- Welcoming guests and visitors and providing a very high level of hospitality.

**The Person**:
For this role we are seeking someone who has fantastic customer service skills and ideally this will have been gained in a reception environment, also someone who is self-motivated and well presented with a professional manner. Our clients are mainly non
- English speaking, so patience and understanding is important. Excellent spoken and written English language skills. Computer literacy is also a necessity. Full Training on inhouse procedures will be given.

Part time position - 16-18 hours with requirement to cover holidays / sickness if needed. Hours would ideally be Wednesday 3/4hrs AM or PM, Thursday & Friday 9am-5pm - Possible negotiation.

**The Benefits**:
Pension, 20 days holiday plus pro rata for Part time hours - 1 extra day for 5yrs years’ service,
