**Receptionist & Administration Assistant**
Net Consulting are currently looking for an experience Receptionist /Administration to join our Cardiff head office. **Please note**: This is an office based role in Cardiff (CF15 7NE- Just off the M4)
The purpose of the role is to manage the Reception Desk area and provide administrative support to management and colleagues.
You will represent the brand by providing a high level of customer service support to both internal / external visitors and clients, ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with professionally
**Receptionist & Administration Assistant Responsibilities**
- Manage the Reception Desk Area
- Answer the telephone in a professional manner ensuring that calls are dealt with promptly.
- Assist with the administration of the Company as and when required.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and tidy condition.
**Receptionist & Administration Assistant Person Specification**
- High level communication skills; face to face and via the telephone
- Ability to negotiate and liaise effectively with all customers both internal and external e.g. visitors
- Ability to maintain accurate records
- High attention to detail
- Ability to use IT systems for accessing and inputting information
- High standards of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
