We are looking for a fast-paced problem-solver to join our growing Customer Service team at Rokshaw.
**About Us**:
Rokshaw Laboratories is a Specials Manufacturer that prides itself on supplying the highest quality medication for patients while delivering value to the customer, patient, and the NHS.
Our MHRA Approved and NHS Accredited state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, backed by the Rokshaw quality management system (QMS) and a highly trained and experienced team of staff, ensures outstanding product quality without compromising on service.
Since our inception in 2012, Rokshaw Laboratories has grown from a wholesaler to a manufacturer of Specials and built a strong position in the market in a very short space of time. With our family-feel values, Rokshaw has made a reputation of providing a friendly, personal, trustworthy, and helpful service. We deliver to our customers on a daily basis with an ethical and sustainable outlook on unlicensed medicines.
**Position**:
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Processing manufactured and stock orders using Sage 200
- Providing information and first-class support to clients
- Raising purchase orders for outsourced items and updating customers accordingly
- Checking all orders and amending any errors before passing on to the next step of the process chain
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Recording complaints immediately and escalating accordingly
- Maximising sales through speedy and knowledgeable responses
- Maintaining detailed logs and documentation
- Follow company rules and department guidelines at all times
- Achieving personal, team, and wider-business targets and goals
**Requirements**:
**About You**:
As you will represent Rokshaw to external clients, it is essential you are able to communicate in a professional manner, both in written and verbal contact. You will be open to learning, focussed, and adaptable as there will be several tasks covered in your training to make the team fluid and robust. You must also:
- Have previous experience in multi-client and -mailbox management
- Have excellent attention to detail, working with accuracy and precision
- Be flexible in your role to suit the demands of the team and the company
- Work well as part of a team
- Be able to think on your feet and offer solutions when needed
- Display a ‘can do’ attitude, even in tricky circumstances
- Adhere to strictest levels of confidentiality
- Hold strong IT proficiency (MS Outlook, Excel, PPTX, Word)
Although the following are not essential, for this role it would be great to have:
- GCSE grade C or equivalent in English & Maths
- Experience with Zendesk and Sage 200
This would be an ideal role for someone with experience in a pharmacy or other medical setting, in a dispensing or administration position. You would also hold lots of relevant transferrable skills if you have had similar jobs in a professional setting.
