**Admin Assistant | Falkirk | Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm and every second Saturday morning 9am - 12:30pm | £23,750 per annum**
We have been serving their customers since 1905.
We have grown and we now have funeral homes in Bo’ness, Denny, Grangemouth and Falkirk.
Our team has expanded over the years and we now have a team of four funeral directors, five assistant funeral directors, an operations manager, full time embalmer, four part time chauffeurs, ten administration staff, a cleaner and gardener.

**Are you the right person for us?**
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Previous experience in customer relations
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work as part of a team and on your own
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate using Microsoft packages
- Comfortable being in a building with deceased people
**What will your role as an Admin Assistant look like?**
- You will be the first point of contact for customers
- Use of Eulogica software (full training provided)
- Ensure stationery and housekeeping stock is kept above the minimum level and liaise with suppliers to replenish
- Liaise with suppliers to arrange disbursements for funerals
- Raise estimates and invoices
- Filing of office invoices
- Advise customers on Pre-paid funeral plans
- Advise customers on Memorials
- Processing payroll
- General administration duties
