We a small, busy and friendly office specialising in criminal, civil, executry and conveyancing business. We require to boost our admin/clerical backup to maintain our high client service level.

**Duties will include**:
Dealing with client and other enquiries;
Preparation of legal documents, dealing with telephone and personal calls, filing, archiving, Admin duties etc as required, such as diary updates, preparation and checking of systems etc;
Audio Typing essential

**Requirements**:
Have an excellent telephone manner
Be able to work to deadlines
Be very reliable and a great communicator
Be very well organised
Experience using Microsoft Office
Experience with audio typing is essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £17,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
